This hotel is an experience in itself. The self check in and making of the card keys. Then the room: How to move your butts in a couple of square meters. The building and interior are worth a visit. Our personal taste desires a little more comfort or space.
Super cool atmosphere, felt like one of those Japanese capsule hotels but in a really beautiful old church, a great blend of modern design and technology with classical Utrecht architecture. The downstairs bar and live music really made the place come alive, it's so much more than a place to sleep. I liked it enough to stay at their place in Amsterdam and that was just as good 👌
I spend 2 weeks in the Hotel, and I received the best attention ever, even when I was the most annoying guest, always when I had a problem they where fixing it for me. Room always clean, breakfast was amazing, fruity beer incredible. But the most important thing; the Staff AWESOME, friendly and warm. They made me feel at home those 14 days.
My stay here was pretty good. The hotel is definitely worth a visit seeing that it's situated in a beautiful old (church) building. They did an amazing job on the interior, simply beautiful.
The restaurant is very nice, staff is friendly and the food is descent.
I had one of the private "big" rooms on the fourth floor which had a tub in the middle of the room. Very nice. Too bad there was like a nasty smell coming out of the bath drain and the room was a little bit too dusty.
But that being said, I would definitely visit a next time.
